Q: How will we do the best job for silk screen printing fabric with silicone ink?
A: The silicone ink is two component ink. Please add 10% catalyst by the weight of silicone ink, pigment, reducer. You must mix them thoroughly before screen printing silicone ink.
Q: How will we print the silicone ink on nylon, 100% polyester with high fastness?
A: Please print the silicone adhesive from us. The silicone adhesvie is XG-360Z-3 (its catalyst XG-360Z-3B, add 5% catalyst XG-360Z-3B by the weight of silicone adhesive during screen printing). Please flash every print layer with table oven or dryer before next screen printing. When you finish screen printing glossy or matte finish, please place your product in the oven for 100℃, 10-15 minutes.
Q: Do you have silicone adhesive for room temperature cure?
A: Yes. The silicone adhesive is XG-80C1, XG-200C1. They are light white paste.
