Q: Could you tell us detail about Silicone Ink Printing?
A: Screen printing need one plate(120mesh),belved rubber squeegee(65-75°),silicone ink base,color pigment,catalyst,silicone reducer,cup,mixing blade,scale,glass print table,one oven.We advise adding 2%catalyst,10%color pigment,10%reducer.Please clean your plate with reducer before screen printing ink.One hit need two scratches,holding the squeegee at 45°.The best cure temperature: 120℃

The catalyst is platinum silicone resin. When you print the silicone ink on nylon, 100% polyester, please print silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 firstly.

It’s a good job after the color silicone ink cured.
