What are the processes of clothing printing?
Tools/screen printing material
*DTG printer,DTF printer,automatic printing machine,socks printing machine,printing table,oven,plates/mesh,scale,mixing cup.
*White /black ink,color ink,water based ink,plastisol ink,silicone ink,silicone reducer/thinner,color pigment,catalyst.
(1).Roller printing
The method of printng on the fabric with a copper roller with cancave pattern(refereed to as a flower tube),pasting the color paste,is called roller printing.They often use plastisol ink or water based ink.
(2).Digital printing
Digital printing,printing ink using digital technology.Various digital patterns processed by scanning,digital photography,image or computer processing are input into the computer,and then processed by the computer color seperation system,and the RIP software is used to directly print various printing-specific dyes between the printing system.To various fabrics and other materials,after processing,various high-precision printing products required on various textile fabrics are ok.
Digital printing has DTG and DTF(Direct printing ink to garment and Direct printing ink to PET film).DTF often uses hot melt powder XG-360E YR SILICONE,matte transfer film HT-005B(size:39*54cm*100mil) during printing white/black/color ink process.We supply you these printed material with wholesale price.The matte PET sheet is easy to release,high quality.
(3).High density screen printing with silicone inks on sportswear
Silicone inks:XG-360Z-3,high elastic silicone XG-866Q or XG-866A-LK,glossy silicone ink XG-399HR-2 or matte silicone ink XG-866M,black pigment/white pigment,catalyst XG-360Z-3B,XG-866B-2,silicone reducer XG-128AH.
Mixture ratio of silicone ink:100g XG-360Z-3 added 5g catalyst XG-360Z-3B;100g XG-866Q added 2-3g catalyst XG-866B-2;100g XG-399HR-2 mixing 2-3g catalyst XG-866B-2(If the glossy silicone has poor elasticity,please mix 20g silicone ink XG-866A-2Y with 100g XG-866Q.You can solve the problem of poor elasticity.Because the silicone ink XG-866A-2Y has strong elasticity.It can increase the elaticity of glossy silicone ink XG-399HR-2.
Because these silicoen inks are cured by heat with platinum agent.Please bake every printing silicone ink layer with oven before next printing.
(4). Heat transfer printing with silicone ink
Before printing transfer silicone ink ,please prepare transfer silicone ink XG-866A-2Y,catalyst XG-866B-2,color pigment,XG-360Z-3,XG-360Z-3B,hot melt glue XG-360R-2 or hot melt powder XG-360E,glossy PET transfer sheet or Matte film.
There are two methods for heat transfer printing.One is to print color silicone ink on transfer film firstly;second step:print silicone XG-360Z-3;third step:print hot melt glue XG-360R-2.Another method is to print hot melt glue on transfer PET film firstly;Second step: to print XG-360Z-3;Third step:to print color silicone ink;Last step:to print glossy or matte silicone ink.No matter which method you print.After screen printing silicone ink,please bake the heat transfers with oven at 130-150℃,about 20-30minutes.
(5)Embossing printing with silicone ink
Embossing silicone ink XG-360KY-55,catalyst XG-360BH,ratio:100g silicone ink XG-360KY-55 mixing 10g catalyst XG-360BH.
How to use the embossed silicone ink:
*Mixing the embossing silicone ink with catalyst.Printing the silicone ink on the garment you need embossing with 120mesh.
*Place the printed garment with embossing silicone ink on the embossed machine.
*Adjust the embossed machine:upper mold temperture:150-180℃;Lower mold temperature:120℃;Pressing the garment about 10-22seconds.
