Screen print inks need one mesh120(48T),one bevled angle squeegee(65° or 75°).Before screen printing silicone ink,please add correct catalyst,color pigment,mixing them thoroughly.If the silicone ink viscosity is much higher,please adjust the workable viscosity with silicone thinner XG-128AH.We advise one squeegee with two hits.Please print silicone ink at bevled angle 45° if you print glossy silicone ink or matte ink.You'll get best 3D screen printing.The screen printing pattern looks like one drop water.It's very amazing.

Let's chat the screen printing tips together.If you like high density screen printing with silicone inks,you need prepare the high density silicone ink XG-866AH or XG-866A.The silicone ink XG-866AH is manual screen printing ink.Another ink XG-866A is automatic screen printing ink.Only difference between them is work life.It's well-known that automatic screen printing need at least 4hours work life,no surface dry on mesh.Otherwise,it will waste much more silicone inks,lower productivity.Because the printer master often replaces new silicone ink,clean the mesh.If the silicone ink has short work life,it'll be surface dry on mesh,blocking the mesh.
If the silicone ink printing on fabrics has bad fastness,we advise you the undercoating silicone ink XG-136AB.Its mixture ratio:100g XG-136A added catalyst XG-136B.
After screen printing glossy or matte finish with silicone ink,please bake your product on tunnel oven at 120-130℃.
Please do wash test in 72Hours.
