Application: It’s formulated for HD screen printing on fabrics. The silicone product is the best ink for HD screen printing. It is manual screen printing ink on fabrics, shoes, gloves, sportwear, etc. It’s fast to print higher thickness on t shirt. If you need screen printing silicone ink on automatic machine,we advise you another silicone XG-866A, please add slow catalyst XG-866B-1 (we advise that you add 3% slow catalyst by the weight of silicone ink and pigment, reducer).
Regarding to the silicone ink printing,you must print silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3,high density silicone XG-866A or XG-866AH,color pigment(for example red pigment XG-302,yellow pigment XG-203,etc),catalyst,glossy or matte silicone,reducer together.

Q: How long can it be surface cure?
A: Very short time. Only 10 seconds for surface cure by the table oven or dryer (120℃).
Q: How will we know the right temperature of table oven during screen printing silicone ink?
A: It’s very good question. Please check the temperature of print table with infrared temperature gun. We share you the infrared temperature gun for reference here.
Q: How can we solve the challenge of bubble during HD screen printing?
A: Don’t worry about the bubble defect. Because our silicone ink has the best self-deaeration. Please vacuumize the silicone ink by the vacuum machine after mixed pigment, thinner, catalyst if it still has the bubble.
