Screen printing t shirt is an interested job.Before screen printing ink,please make the artwork for your t shirt,polo or hoodie by photoshop or IIIustrator.Then you make the screen plate or mesh.One color need one screen.If you like multi-color screen printing with silicone ink,you need make several screen plates.We advise you make the higher thickness screen.Because you can easily print 3D pattern.You will print less .If your t shirt is made of 80%polyester,20%cotton,we advise you print YR undercoating silicone ink XG-136AB.The silicone ink can increase the fastness of silicone ink layer on t shirt.You will avoid delamination.When you print glossy finish with silicone ink XG-399-3,Please push the squeegee slowly.Let the silicone ink flow on color layer of silicone ink.We advise you screen printing glossy silicone for 1-2times.Otherwise,you print more times,the glossy silicone ink layer will be delaminated from color layer.The glossy silicone ink can protect the color layer,increase color fastness during wash.
